In short

This site is not a clinic. It provides no treatment and gives no medical advice. If you send an enquiry, your email address and the area you selected are passed to a registered UK practitioner so that they can contact you directly.

Nothing is booked on your behalf, no consultation is arranged and you are under no obligation at any point. Your details are not sold and are deleted on request.

This is an information site. We do not provide treatment, we do not employ practitioners and we give no medical advice. What we can do is pass your details to a registered UK practitioner so that they can contact you directly.

Read before you send anything

Your name and contact details are passed to a registered UK practitioner. They contact you. Nothing is booked on your behalf, no consultation is arranged, no appointment is held and you are under no obligation at any point.

We are not a clinic and we do not treat anyone. Nobody here can tell you whether this treatment is suitable for you, and nothing sent through this form will be answered with clinical advice. That assessment can only be made by a qualified practitioner who has examined your skin in person.

Do not send medical details, photographs of a condition, or anything sensitive. The form asks for an email address and an optional area of interest, and that is deliberately all it asks for.

Before you enquire

Three pages on this site will make the resulting conversation more useful, and all three are free to read and carry no form of their own.

If you have a problem after treatment

This form is not the route. Contact the practitioner who treated you. If you cannot reach them and you are concerned, contact your GP or NHS 111. If you believe a device itself is at fault, that can be reported to the MHRA. Concerns about a practitioner can go to their regulator, or to the JCCP or Save Face if they are registered with either.

Enquiry form

Enquiries are passed to a registered UK practitioner who will contact you directly. This site is not a clinic, provides no treatment and gives no medical advice.

What happens after you send it

  1. Your details are passed on

Your email address, and the area you selected if you selected one, go to a registered UK practitioner. Nothing else is sent, because nothing else is collected.

  2. They contact you

Directly, by email. Any consultation, assessment, quotation or appointment is arranged between you and them, and this site is not a party to it.

  3. You decide

You are under no obligation. If you decide against it, or decide to look elsewhere, that is the end of the matter and nothing further is required from you.

  4. You can be removed at any time

Write to us using the address on the contact page and your details are deleted. No reason is needed.

What we will never do

  • Tell you whether a treatment is suitable for you. We cannot and we will not.
  • Book an appointment on your behalf or hold a slot for you.
  • Sell your details to a list, a broker or an advertiser.
  • Send you offers, countdowns or discount deadlines.
  • Claim to be a clinic, imply that we treat anyone, or imply a connection to any device manufacturer.

Common questions

Is this a clinic?

No. This site publishes information about radiofrequency microneedling. It provides no treatment, employs no practitioners and gives no medical advice. If you make an enquiry, your details are passed to a registered UK practitioner who contacts you directly.

What happens to my email address?

It is passed to a registered UK practitioner so that they can contact you, and it is held so that we can remove you if you ask. It is not sold, not shared with advertisers and not added to a marketing list. Write to the address on the contact page and it is deleted.

Will you tell me whether I am suitable for treatment?

No. Nobody here is in a position to make that assessment and it would be wrong to try. Only a qualified practitioner who has examined your skin in person can answer it. Our candidate self-assessment page is a way of preparing for that conversation, not a substitute for it.

Does it cost anything to enquire?

No. There is no charge for the enquiry and no obligation of any kind. Any fee for a consultation or for treatment is a matter between you and the practitioner who contacts you.

Can I ask a question without enquiring about treatment?

Yes. Use the contact page. Corrections to anything published here are particularly welcome and we would rather hear about an error than leave it up.
